Using the service

By creating an account you agree to use NexaCRM lawfully and to keep your login credentials confidential. You remain the owner of the data you store; we process it only to provide the service.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are prepaid for the chosen billing period. Features and limits are those of your plan as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We may suspend accounts that are unpaid after the grace period or that misuse the service.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" with reasonable care; our liability is limited to the fees paid for the current billing period.
